· The Bone Density Order in Eclipsys has been overwritten by a radiology order “CT BMD”, we have alerted IT, Dexa unit. The PFAs are aware that they should still order the test thru the Bone group.

· To minimize cancelled lab orders in clinic, active orders now stay active for 3 days. Please continue to email me examples of cancelled labs.
